Rich, this is a wild case that dearly needs people with integrity to objectively cover it, despite the family's influence trying to shut it down. You seem a man of integrity, so I am confident you’ll come to the same conclusion as any reasonable person must. I humbly request you do not allow yourself to be dissuaded from looking at it or falsely persuaded it is somehow so irrelevant that you shouldn't even investigate the facts. In any case, Jan/Ronn have now made it relevant by badmouthing Dave Neal and making him someone you have noted on air you have "heard negative things about". So you should look further out of fairness to him. The only people saying negative things about Dave are the Owens and their lawyer. Dave is not some shock jock. He's... nice. He's stuck to this matter despite great pressure and legal threats because he's a good person, not a bad one. He's brought receipts for everything he's covered.
Note Laura is the one who 'anonymously' took her fake story to the public to smear Clayton. When Dave realised it was fake (she sent faked evidence to him as 'media') he exposed the truth out of fairness to Clayton. While the public ID'd her from her smear attempts (where she mentioned her court case with Clayton - which was public record), Dave didn’t even use her name until the day of the evidential hearing, because his focus was clearing Clayton not punishing Laura. However, it became clear she was just going to keep doing the behavior, enabled and assisted by the Owens fortune, and will not stop. It doesn’t matter that the facts are out there, clear and irrefutable, or that the judge found her pattern of duplicity & court abuse so egregious she was referred for prosecution. Unfortunately, the SFC article is not the first time the Owens influence has been used to suppress info that might clear the names of Laura’s victims. And Laura is still pushing her harmful narrative. Yes – STILL.

Just normal members of the public outraged at the way she has used her privilege and family funds to continue her harmful con against victims. How could Ronn be needing money for medical bills? Didn’t he live in The Sea Cliff neighborhood? Wasn’t he going out to lunches and dinners all the time in the Bay Area? Don’t they own more than one horses? Horses aren’t cheap. Didn’t he and Jan drive hi end luxury cars? Something is not Right and I’m really bothered. You look up Laura Owen’s and see that SHE authored his Go Fund Me Page! It doesn’t take long to see the Us Magazine article stating that she is embroiled in a number of crazy legal messes. If we donate money is it going into their disturbed daughter’s legal expense fund? What does she do for work? Telling her boyfriend that she had twins and was never even pregnant? Come on, how can there be 2sides to this kind of documented fraud. I’m very disappointed and I want the TRUTH and the way we could have gotten clarity is if you interviewed Ronn and Jan.
