TV/Radio media was once a place for accurate and reliable info. Now it's mostly sensationalistic BS, and AI only heightens the BS, as it's getting more challenging to decipher what's real and what's fake. People should just do their own research and stay away from the media during this election period. Disinformation is everywhere and some of it is even being created abroad to undermine the elections.
Yet their cultists will say *they* have the facts and the media is lying. That's their reply when you pit them against facts. "The facts are made up!" Even when you provide video. "Fake! It's fake!" True psychosis here, and it's about 30-40% of the population.
I think liberal radio stations with shows like KGO went out of favor due to voters not agreeing with the far left. I suspect the majority of Democrats do not support (although some fake it) the “progressives” and/or Hamas sympathizers. Many are now probably “closet” Republicans. On the other hand, these Republican hard right-wing clowns/entertainers including formerly Tucker Carlson too (maybe he does podcasts now?) know how to get paid with their audience they prey upon as you described and by glorifying their narcissistic Czar they dare not criticize lest the money train ends.
Listen to KMJ in Fresno. From 9a -6p it's right wing pro Trump radio. They just love Gavin and Kamala. KFBK's morning news is supposed to be down the middlle but anchor Sam Shay starts on the ring wing stuff and is joined by his female sidekick. When he is not there it's a pretty straight forward newscast
Why don't you ever bad mouth Michael Savage or Michael Weiner his real name? Now there would be a guest for you to interview! He had one of the highest rated talk shows in the Bay Area and nationwide for years. Ratings don't lie! Show both sides Rich!
There is bloviating and then there is Bullshit. Savage was a good bullshitter, but he rarely had any facts to bolster his claims. As an entertainer, he held some interest, as a news guy he failed miserably.
