Iran wasn't "gifted" with billions. When you return something to the legitimate owner, it's not a gift. The monies returned to iran were always their's. They were seized assets. Speaking of homeless encampments but a little off topic-I was watching KTVU's 10 o clock news last night and they did a story on a homeless guy who built himself a little house from scraps that he collected. When they went to Julie Hayner after the story, the look on her face was priceless!! She was aghast that someone could live like that but she couldn't say anything.
