Once KRON lost the NBC affiliate status, it quickly moved into the Mom & Pop corner grocery store mode: cigarettes, beer, milk, eggs, pint o Jack. No surprise there. But why is NBC bay area so weak and unwatchable? Smarmy anchors are a turn off. Literally
@1:40 I agree, KRON was a powerhouse back then, yes, I also predicted when KRON refused to become NBC's affiliate it's down the tubes pretty much, don't like NBC San Jose Ch 11, no character, bland and don't forget, those with just an antennae couldn't get it and just plain gave up

Yet the NRA and the republican party refused to acknowledge that weapons of mass destruction should not be sold to the general public. Using the second amendment as an excuse is pathetic. The constitution when it was written in the lead into surgery talked about a “free militia” and they were talking about weapons of mass destruction but rather and loaded with like rifles I could only fire off three rounds per minute if that. Hey, if the school slaughters in Florida Texas, Massachusetts and Colorado couldn’t spark any congressional action on gun control, why would the spate of recent shootings get the gutless GOP to get on board for gun control? The vast majority of Americans want it. But the NRA and the Republican party tonight. They are pushing minority rule on the rest of us. That is not what democracy is all about. The NRA and the Republican party have blood on their hands.
