*The KRON anchors-only meeting the other day at 900 FRONT amounted to this: "were overworked and underpaid." They said it.
KCBS has been WOEFULLY boring and low energy this week. I mean bumper music missing (traffic), awkward handoffs. Bigler is a good reporter but I've fallen back asleep in the morning as the energy has been super drab. Say what you want, but give me Eric Thomas and Margie Shafer ANY day.

Why just today I saw a car fire on Hwy 101, the report mentioned heavy traffic, but missed the mile long back up and 2 fire engines on the scene.
KCBS is such a mess that they just won the Marconi Award for Legendary Station of the Year from the National Association of Broadcasters. They were up against some tough competition. Somebody thinks "the kids are alright!"
