No KGO To Talk '24 Election/Trump -Biden (Hunter) Legal Woes is a Joke; John Rothmann to Rescue --Saturday Coffee

SATURDAY COFFEE

NO KGO, what a crock.

We have an election coming; Trump indictments; Biden vulnerable; Hunter Biden legal woes.

And no old KGO, no newstalk.

I've heard John Rothmann is chomping at the bit. Of course he is.

Rothmann should be on the air right now, yesterday.

Oh, wait, he is, right here.

  1. At least KGO can tell us which candidate to bet on.

  2. Too bad John is being left out. I will miss the TDS coming from John for the 2024 election.

    1. We still have Pat and Nikki on KCBS to keep the TDS alive and well.

  3. There are plenty of political opinion shoes available on satellite and IP. No need for local amateurs to copy what MSNBC is doing nationally. If KGO had focused on local news and views, there would be an audience for that.

  4. Maybe PIX+ will simulcast it on 95.7 KPIX THE EXPRESS!!!

  5. I'd be happy to listen to JR's podcasts were they available in RSS mp3 format from a general purpose podcast website. Listening to Apple podcasts requires specialty. software & many would-be-listeners are not allowed to install specialty software on their podcast players. To illustrate the contrast, take a look at NPR's podcast format. NPR provides podcasts that don't require specialty software for the podcast player, so everyone can listen.

  6. I don't need to listen to Rothmann. The entire show is THE FORMER PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES being yelled every 5 minutes. Saved you all a listen.

  7. Would SF not have so many crime and homelessness problems if KGO had spent more time on local issues and holding local leaders to account? Instead, KGO was all-Trump. Now, Pat Thurston continues that tradition at KCBS

    1. KGO's ability to terrify politicians and move public opinion on its own ended sometime back in the 80s.

  8. KCBS: “The farther away the story is, the more time and interviews we devote to it.” Especially if it’s crime or freeway shootings. Call us only if it happened in a distant Red State, not the Bay Area.
