KCBS' Traffic Queen Pulls in Big Bucks on Sleepy Ads; Circle7 Staff Morale Gets Worse; Friday Open

She sounds so cheerful on those sleep-bed ads--she should be. Here's why: KCBS' traffic anchor, Kim Wonderley, has made reading those ads (and others) into a luccrative side gig; Wonderely's pulling in extra globs of dough every year-- in addition to her $100K annual salary ==which is good, especially for hubby, Kevin "The Rat" Radich, the PM sports anchor who complained on-air last year having to work on Christmas Day, poor fella.
*Senior staffers at KGO-TV are having quite a time--not in any way a ball or anything like that but a bona-fide morale crisis. Like how bad? Try the fact that mnay want out. A recent surge of many writers, producers, and news staff reveals (I have firsthand knowledge) that a good majority of the staff is looking for gigs outside Circle7. Many want to be PR flacks for Bay Area outside agencies and are TIRED of the crummy and LOUSY treatment received at ABC-SF. It would be great if they had just a little respect, bu instead the lousy=paid, benefits-less, Disney folks are left to wander and be scorned up, especially by the News direcor, aka "Nurse Ratched."

  4. The worst part about the low morale at Circle7 is that until any of the prominent figures at KGO-TV figure out that the ND is so deep in sisterhood with a Disney-ABC NYC HQ Board member enough to make the GM a lapdog for the both of them, nothing is going to change. Count on more Countess with Looose Donny & Lizzie Authority.
