I LEARNED that KTVU lead anchor, Frank Somerville, "out of an abundance of caution" decided to stay home today (Thursday) to stay away from co-workers --why?

Somerville, through a KTVU source, was experiencing "flu-like" symptoms --minus a fever--and took Thursday off. He normally works a Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Somerville's act is probably the beginning of a more cautious act(s) by Bay Area media in light of the Coronavirus situation.
