A Coronavirus Epidemic Takes Toll on Ronn Owens' Cruise in Fall

A Coronavirus byproduct --it's hitting local media to this degree:

Ronn Owens, he of the KGO dept. loves, loves cruises --hardly anyone wants to cruise anywhere because of the virus scare and that's hurt Owens' latest cruise junket, scheduled for October from NY to Canada.

A contact at KGO has told me Owens' venture has become a "hard sell." The local travel agency has not pulled the plug yet, but is close.

For now, hearing Owens' spot on KGO plugging the cruise is both laughable and embarrassing.

    Chris Matthews resigned. At 74,he was going down live on TV with basic mistakes in front of millions.
    Whatever got into him to exaggerate Sanders,doesn't matter now. Its Hardball and he couldn't get around on the high fast one anymore.

    He DOES love his cruises. Ronnnald must be crushed. Now he'll have to stay home and talk to Jan.
