ONE OF THE NICEST GUYS IN THE BUSINESS, THAT TOM SINKOVITZ
There are a few left; you all know and probably love Bay Area veteran TV News anchor, Tom Sinkovitz, a journalistic treasure, old-school personified and former KRON/NBC Bay Area anchor.
I just got off the phone with Sink, he's doing fine and enjoying life and its journey and what a journey for Sinkovitz it's been; he's been battling cancer. But he's doing fine.
"I'm not what I used to be but I'm living and OK; juts a lot more tired." But a battler is he, Sinkovitz has a lot left and isn't going anywhere just yet.
It's also Sink's 71st birthday today so give him a shot and a shout!

ReplyDeleteGlad to see Sink is well. We met at Jardiniere years ago when a buddy & I gave up our barstools for Tom's wife & her friend, Tom & the other hubby commented that manners are not dead! Traded Manhattans thereafter whenever we were at the same bar. Good egg, that fella.
