Stop The Presses: KNBR's Radnich/Krueger Deliver Top-Notch Interview with Howard Bryant

Image result for Gary Radnich Larry Krueger KNBR GOOD INTERVIEWS tend to happen more often on radio, particularly good sports-radio interviews.

You read enough of me you know I'm not much of a Gary Radnich fan --although I'll give him and partner Larry Krueger (KNBR 10-1 PM) credit for a hard-nosed, informative, entertaining and thought-provoking fifteen minutes on Tuesday with ESPN columnist Howard Bryant.

The topics ranged from all over the sports spectrum; Collin Kaepernick possibly being black-balled; the Warriors; state of the NBA; a wide variety of discussion.

And for once the interview wasn't sabotaged by endless commercials.

It would be nice to hear more of these

Radnich and Krueger did a good interview?!? Wow...for as my neighbor James used to say, "Jesus Christ, Tim, where the fuck's my tapes?!?".

    2. John Madden did sound great!! I wish he was regularly back on air and based on what I read elsewhere, he has been through the medical wringer. That said, he sounded so fit, in good humor, sharp as ever and full of energy!

  6. seems like fleming and miller are a little testy due to long season, but it makes them more into the game and they're more cranky .it juices up the broadcast hearing them step over each other with retorts about each others comments.like fleming sometimes doesent want to answer or make a comment about millers's trivia.a bad season makes more interesting back and forth in the booth.

    1. Same goes for Kuiper..these guys are so transparent. When the Giants are winning they are all fun and games but when they are losing they get testy, crabby, grumpy. Not very professional. What would Vin Scully say?

  8. I normally enjoy visiting your blog, but you seem stuck on Sports Talk this week. I have -100% interest in reading more of the Radnich Gazette. OR the latest Cat Fight involving overdressed Weather Girls, for that matter. I know I'm in the minority.

I would like to find out more about if Janet Napolitano will be taken to task for her mismanagement of finances at UC Berkeley.
What are Gavin Newsome's real chances of finally becoming Governor? Are there any GOP members who are considering a run for that spot as well?
Why is Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley so pockmarked with deep holes and craters in the asphalt? Who is ignoring the safety of East Bay commuters? Who? Telegraph Ave. has been in this state for many years. It's enough to shake your tires out of alignment!

  9. Kreuger depends on Radnich to make a living. Like he's the blowhards OTHER wife. He seems to have come to terms with it.
    Sad.

  10. actually not today, kreuger gave a rundown of what exactly the giants need to do to the team in that patented ''kreuger snarl''. radnich couold only mumble something.his comedy quips aren't much when kreuger gets on a rant. for at least a few moments, it was the ''larry and gary show''.
