    Don't forget Captain Satellite on KTVU also! And on KPIX in the mornings we had Captain Kangaroo, with Mr. Green Jeans of course....LOL?!

      You don't even know the birthdates of generation x.
      That I believe to be 1964 through 1981

    Growing up, it was:
    Captain Satellite and Sir Sedley on KTVU, opposite
    Mayor Art on KRON.
    Mornings on 5 was Marshall J. from the Running J Ranch.
    And of course, Roger Grimsby on Channel 7.

    Yup! I'm a gimpy old fart, and proud of it!
