It would be nice that “The Firm” (also known as Fox) invest in their KTVU on-air talent like Alex Savidge & Heather Holmes who were supposed to be the new faces and co-anchors of The 10 O’Clock News, but that’s wishful thinking. If “The Firm” insists of keeping Mike Mibach on as the lead anchor on KTVU and rotate him with various female anchors, then imagine “The Firm” (also wishful thinking), establishing a 24/7 Fox Streaming Service based out of the San Francisco Bay Area, specifically Oakland, California, around the talents of Alex Savidge & Heather Holmes, establishing them as the service’s main & top personalities with their own newscast programs. If for some reason KTVU is not going to promote Savidge & Holmes as lead anchors of The 10 O’Clock News, then that would be something to consider. Like I mentioned, it is wishful thinking because “The Firm” is in the business to streamline operations not spend money willy nilly, let alone on an Oakland-based Fox 24/7 streaming service, specifically for Savidge & Holmes and other high caliber talent. Furthermore, Fox News, out of New York. already exist on cable, and having a Fox 24/7 streaming service anywhere, let alone Oakland, would seem redundant. By the way, the new female anchor who is coming to CBS 24/7 Streaming Service out of Chicago, Illinois, is not bad on the eye!
