  1. How much would Heather accept for 'go away!' money?
At least 10% of her original amount sought, I would guess.
That would keep my mouth shut for a good long while.

    1. would it help you recover from a vicious and life altering stroke?

    2. it was considerably more than 10%. And it isn't over just yet.

  2. Cumulus delisting. NASDAQ is tired of their excuses, one last gasp for a reprieve, or else it would have been on 9/11/2017.

    Say goodnight, Mr. Pillow!

  3. I hope she takes ABC to the wood shed, as much as possible in a settlement. Like no one saw this, duh? I don't think Walt would've treated his people this way. But now you've got suits who think they know everything who work with spreadsheet geeks who feel the same way.

Wonder if Tracey is going to apply for work at Amazon. They're hiring I hear.

    1. Excuse me Anon @7:43 AM, but what exactly do you think ABC did to her? You think ABC caused her brain aneurysm?

    2. I have no idea about the facts in this specific case...but there is often a nexus between strokes and stress.

    3. Anon@7:43, Don't know how you can decide she is entitled to an enormous settlement without knowing the facts in the case.

You may well be right but most of what I've been reading here is just emotional animosity toward Big Bad Disney without any real details.

Um, you don't know much about "Walt," do you?

  5. Will Ronn Owens discuss the Ishimaru vs Disney suit settlement today?
    We doubt it very much.

  6. Let us know if Tracey going to get fired, demoted or kick out, I beg the new ND will get rid of the current morning team. Guess Reporter baking cookies and cakes need to make more to keep their bosses happy in hopes of keeping the job as a outside reporter, the worse case.

    1. From what I've seen, all we know is that the suit was settled. There are no specific details aside from idle speculation.
