  1. Rich, my computer old, I can't listen to audio of your Noory interview. Could you post a transcript please? Did you ask him if his show-Coast to Coast-is anywhere near getting back on a station in SF? Thanks Rich

  2. Rich,

Great interview and great questions. Thanks for letting us know whats up with KGO. Maybe there is hope yet for KGO.

  3. Would rather listen to John Batchelor than that crap.

  5. Nice interview Rich. George has a really good radio voice and I like yours too! It was too good to think KGO would dump the grotesque Bachelor show and run C to C from 10-2, Lord have mercy KGO, and/or in this case the cum-u-less douches out of Atlanta, can't get a damn thing right!

  6. Straight Vanilla, but a nice guy.

  7. Bachelor is much more interesting than George Noori, at least he deals in reality, even if I don't agree with him on most issues.

  8. Batchelor: his show is absurd; not only does the content/guests reek of the radio equivalent of Fox news, his voice and demeanor...well Karel was more listenable if you know what I mean...not that there's anything wrong with that.

    1. I don't think Batchelor's show is absurd. To be sure he is conservative, but he has very respectable guests on, Larry Kudlow, Gordon Chang (from the Wall Street Journal). I'm not a conservative, but I still like his show for the most part. Of course since I'm not a Trump fan, I kind of like it when conservatives are critical of Trump, didn't quite like it as much when they were bashing Obama. Never the less I think his show is intelligent, and for a conservative fairly balanced. He is not Sean Hannity or Rush who are willing to twist themselves into a pretzel to defend anything Trump does.

    1. Interesting so C2C listners are 1/4 of what they where under Art Bell.

  11. The guy is a looney. And so are you, if you buy into his nonsense. This is a shorthand reason why we have a crackpot in the White House. The public have become intellectually-lazy and hyper-gullibe. FAKE NEWS! SAD!

  12. Neat. George and his show, even if the subjects aren't always of interest, are maybe the last bastion of old fashioned overnight radio as an electronic companion. As a kid (I'm 59) I would take to the AM radio and go up and down the dial and see what I could find -- like Larry King, before he was Larry King, and Herb Jepko and his "Nightcaps" program. The subject matter didn't matter much, so it was just fun to listen in to something people were hearing in every corner of the continent.
