The KRON station management has treated him like dirt for years and not once did I see Vern act unprofessionally. He is a class act and I'm thrilled for him.
Why is it that GOOD GENUINE guys like this finally realize(GET it OR READ THE ROOM:HINT,HINT) that they need to MOVE ON to a different company,field or RETIRE altogether!On the other side of the coin, you have "personalities" like Leno,King,Olberman,almost any POLITICIAN(lol) & Gary "The Rat" Radunich who stay way too LONG because of being SELFISH & VAIN!They stay in it purely outta GREED,stay to hold back a colleague(and in turn,their own company)and because they are scared to face the reality that they have become an IRRELEVANT HACK!
