Really? A brand new station and you're expecting established numbers? The A's are out of it and football hasn't started. I'll take 95.7 over boring 680 anytime.
Not so bad-KTRB was always around 64 give or take. And what does it say that people are creatures of habit that Fitz and Brooks can't be killed off like the cockroaches of sports they are?
What are the 0.9,0.6,0.5,0.4? If those are months (0.4 being August), does that mean that the ratings are less than half what they were in May under their old format?
And give them credit-they coined the term Krukaide for Mike's sunny sunshine outlook of everything Giant. 95.7's pokes at KNBR are a hoot too. And the Bochy /Slingblade impersonation is a laugh. Papa's insider story of his A's days are interesting. So,they have something going that's not just KNBR eastbay. Do they or don't they have Radnich on the run?..how many changes since 95.7 took Dibs away from him? I listen because they do some good work.
At least Lund and Teirney reached out to you. Might have been interesting if you had posted their full email message. You didnt say what Lund had said.
Who cares what Lund said? Or for that matter the new-kid blowhard from NYC, Tierney? They're both a bunch of whining crybabies who need to grow up, do their job and not complain or worry about what Rich is saying about them in his blog. Rich has every right to criticize their lackluster efforts and if they can't handle it, then they should go to some other market and peddle their noise. They're damn lucky to have positions that they now undeservedly occupy.
