Owens and Bronstein KGO Schmooze, (The only thing missing was the Carnegie Deli)

Phil Bronstein and Ronn Owens chatted it up during the second hour of Owens' KGO chat show.

They didn't say anything exhilarating, but if you like politics, inside baseball, and SF schmoozing, its always fun to hear the Chron's "Editor at Large", (whatever that is, and even Bronstein said he still doesn't know.)

Bronstein and Owens always go a little too deep into industry chatter, be it Ronn referring to Mayor Newsom as "Gavin" repeatedly, or PB fixating on Larry Ellison and Steve Jobs, (now that's original.)

Nevertheless, its still pretty good deli radio if you're into these types of things.

Among other things, asked by Owens why the Chronicle is dying, Bronstein said, we'll, essentially, the Chron, like other papers, are, well, dying.

A moderately entertaining hour of 415 media cornucopia minus KGO's twenty minutes of spots and news---and speaking of deli's, I need a turkey on rye with mayo only.
