  1. Good on you to correct your error. We all make mistakes.

  2. Suggestion: dedicate a show to personal stories about Rickey Henderson.

  3. Imagine being a relative of Rickey Henderson and finding out about his passing from the media. This is possibly another reason for the delay in reporting the passing - to ensure all relatives were notified first.

  4. Well done Rich. A lot of people who made a mistake like that would have just ignored it so good for you that you owned it

  7. Rich you don’t need to apologize for anything. Not a damn thing. Local media botch stories and provide half assed coverage with inaccurate and incomplete all the time. They don’t apologize for their incompetence so why should you have to apologize?

    1. Not to mention, by the time Rich covered the story, mainstream media had already started their coverage, and MLB had issued a formal statement on social media. It's not Rich's fault local media was the last to report on this. Rich did nothing wrong.

  8. Thanks Rich. We try to wait until we know the death confirmed and the family has been notified.
