The Somerville Interview

  1. Lots of finger pointing at the VP debate already. It would be nice for these politicians to provide some policy details already.

    1. Too bad there wasn’t fact checking. When lies or untruths or whatever you wanna call them are spewed, the other guy has a choice to either correct them or answer the question in the time allowed. If he just answers the question, the first guy gets away with the lies.

  2. Margaret Brennan fact checked Vance even though CBS said no fact checking, Vance put her in her place and no more fact checking, Vance made me make up my mind, he's sharp, capable and will be a future president candidate

    1. Vance disqualified himself with me for all time when he said he made up the Indianapolis thing and justified it in order to "get the media's attention". When you deliberately put the country through hell by lying in order to make a technical point you show the world you are totally unfit to serve in government.

    2. @ 1:17 I see you're voting dems instead of voting for the best candidates, how many fibs and untruths did tim told in the debate? Can't see harris and tim running the country

    3. @1:17 it's been reported that Vance is more dangerous than Trump. Vance will flip-flop and lie on a dime. He's a good speaker, but I can't trust anything he says.

    4. Margaret Brennan is a terrible interviewer much less a moderator. Like I said in an earlier post, CBS needs to make a change in host of Face the Nation. CBS should look for talent on the outside to host such as Elizabeth Cook.

  3. I always thought Somerville was done dirty by the station. It’s no secret that they wanted to get rid of him because he was making too much noise. They had to have known he was not in a state to be put in front of the cameras that night. They went through with it anyway either because they wanted to bury him or because they thought it’d be good for ratings.

  4. In today’s episode of just how far KTVU has fallen and their pathetic inability to get even basic facts right: during their 10 p.m. news, they incorrectly referred to Buster Posey’s new title, calling him ‘President of Operations’ instead of ‘President of Baseball Operations’ during both a pre-commercial tease and the actual report.

    1. What I really find bizarre about KTVU is they stripped the Sports Dept. of its qualified staff but are now seemingly doubling the usual amount of time talking sports with a bunch of doofuses anchors/reporters unqualified to speak coherently about such. This station is run by dimwits as no way would FOX network want this amount of Sports dreck heard on a local station given their direction to lay off the local news sportscasters to save money.

  5. CBS's moderators isn't as bad as ABC's, still trying to help Tampon Tim as they were breaking the rules fact checking Vance as the rules were not too; CBS= Crappy Bull Shitters

    1. Surprising most MSM are depressed the next day lamenting how poorly Tim performed despite Nora & Margaret throwing gauntlets on Vance

  6. First time in our history that the 2 candidates (Pres and VP) won't acknowledge who won the prior presidential election. Should be disqualifying.
