    2. Wow. You "called them out".

What a hero. 9 videos later about how angry you were at home alone.

So . Now what ? Do you feel better? A man of the people, doing the peoples work?

You schmuck. No one cares about your supposed need to "call people out"- because you're ignored

    3. She can’t at this point. She’s following the law.

    5. @ 8:18 She's the only one to request to the courts he ber charged as an adult, 100-1 she won't

    6. @ 8:17 Then why plenty of people already knows she's soft on crime but a hair better than boudine; plenty of bets around the water cooler on whether he'll be charged as an adult, smart money's on "not"

    7. Some asswipe kid - already in trouble in another case - shoots some tatted up rock catcher? I wonder who these clowns’ parents are? Did anyone ever teach em leave the gun at home? Slow your roll, you’re playing a kids game and your career will be over before you can spell “negotiation”. Both involved are sub-adults who have a lot to learn. The younger of the two needs prison time, like 10 years. The older needs remedial education: wearing a Rolex in a big city is simply asking for a thump on the head. Pearsall will be out of the game by 2026.

  2. I love the defense stating “the charged did not know he was involved with a 49er player,” as if shooting someone of fleeting fame makes any difference. Is this newsworthy? Not in the least.
The local news has been milking this for 5 fuc..n days, and at this point I am wishing he had shot a newscaster.
From another viewpoint, an asswipe wearing his Rolex prominently in any big city screams “clueless beash”. That said, the assailant should have just asked for $50 - and probably be given $100. No need for a gun unless you are a wimp afraid of your own shadow.
And this just in: Pearsall is a Bust.

    1. @ 7:20 I was thinking the same thing, meaning if you are fampous or a celebrity your life is more important than us common folks? Have to understand these "public defenders" are "losers" that can't make it on their own as private sector attorneys, poor excuse for a lawyer

  3. Pearsall is a first round draft pick out of Florida (Gator). He has not shown us anything yet. One thing he has to prove his bona fides, he has all the Maori tattoos to show he’s a follower, not a leader. “Pretty Sad” indeed.
