Bailey O’Carroll is horrible. And she thinks she’s great as she lumbers her way through stiff writing and mispronounces names when she does her “specialty,” sports. That’s the irony — Dunning-Kruger in full force.
You've mentioned this many times already, but yes, KTVU was once my go-to news station growing up, and now they simply lack credibility both in front and behind the camera.

It happened LONG before then. It’s been in decline for 25 years. Started after Fred retired and they appointed a bean-counting dweeb in his place. I was in the newsroom the day the announcement was made. There was a stony silence, and everyone looked down at the floor. No one clapped to welcome Andrew Finlayson. And then privately, everyone was talking about how we were all fucked now. We were.
Fred Zehnder was great. Android Finlayson was a bean-counting dweeb who might shine compared to management now, but that's not saying much. Chimps could run a station better. As for Finlayson, he didn't understand *anything* about news other than ratings on charts that could be stared at on the computer, while he wonked off and got his office chair sticky.
Leslie Griffith tried to point this out by Andrew hired legal eagles to make her take it down from her blog. She was going to write a book too. But as the man said, we've reached the point where the truth is liable and lies are protected speech. Andrew no doubt is cool with that.

La Monica gets credit for matching her eye shadow to her outfits. It’s uncanny. Purple eye shadow and purple top, yellow eye shadow matched with a yellow sweater etc. my wife thinks La Monica is wearing a wig. I’m not so sure.
I’m not surprised Rosemary used to be a model. She still could be. She’s a very attractive woman with striking features. Roberto Gonzales on the other hand…
Actually, Amanda is a very nice woman. My son, who is special needs, got to meet her several years ago at a special needs talent show, and she couldn’t be sweeter. He has seen her several times since, and she is still as sweet as ever, remembering him every time.
@5:00, off air, she may be the biggest sweetheart, but on air, she doesn't seem like the nicest person. I watched her this week at 11:00 and there couldn't have been more awkward interactions with Dion and Kristen. I think she's one of those woman that simply don't get along with other women.
Grant Loads seems to have been reading the criticism of his pregnant pauses found on this blog. Although I haven't seen him quite as much on camera lately (thankfully), when I have he seems...a...little...............better..................kinda..............somewhat.......more after....the break
