It's called a buyout and an NDA! Transparency? It's a business not a government organization. They have no responsibility to the public to explain their personnel moves. In fact, legally they can't! Disney only has to answer to their stockholders. Rich, this is today's media business. There are no going away parties and on air good-byes! There are signatures on the NDA's, final payout agreements and a don't let the door hit you on the ass on your way out statements! And really Rich, only you seem to care.
