Hi Rich: As you said Ray was one of a kind. Unfortunately Ray's death (he was found deceased in the cold woods in Kentucky) still remains a mystery. After his KGO radio career Ray met a woman who he became intimate with. She convinced him to leave San Francisco & move with her to the midwest. At that time there were strong rumors that Ray had dementia & this woman fully took advantage of him. Ray's son also felt his father was being taken advantage of & even hired a Private Investigator to check on his father. To this day Ray's untimely death is unfortunately still shrouded in mystery. Really enjoy your Vlog!

Ray had a niche, an offbeat sense of humor and always had something interesting to say. And he was actually a trained broadcaster unlike most of the cretins and incompetents we hear today n what is left of the radio.,,
