Was flipppng around the radio today while driving around here on Marin and I noticed an interesting interview with Steve Kerr on the game, 95.7 FM. Unfortunately, their signal kept dying because their wattage is so low. When are they ever going to boost it? It’s embarrassing that the Warriors are on the station that no one can hear outside of the city. Then I switched over to KNBR and immediately heard ‘Copes’ maniacal and fake giggling. He and Tolbert were engaged in some juvenile prattle that as usual, had nothing to do with sports. Typical KNBR junk food for the mind. Crappy and annoying. I don’t know why I even bother to listen to that station for more than a minute. Meanwhile,? As good as a Broadcaster Greg Paoa has been, his annoying call: absurd “ TOUCH DOWN SAN FRAN CISCO!!” Snackscof minir league broadcasting. The fact is, they play almost 60 miles south of San Francisco it should be called the Santa Clara Forty Niners. The pop as a houseman and half of his income is being paid by that ‘wonderful’ owner Jed York!!
You have been called a misogynist yet Tolbert and Copes take the innuendo out of “sexual innuendo” for promoting and doing their dumbass likely rehearsed segments featuring a robotic seductive female voice I believe they refer to as Harmony. She/it responds to their stupid planned questions with sexual implication answers. Today’s banter was excessive as Harmony needed to be “worked on to be fixed” with them using sexual imagery and obviously explicit sexual descriptions. I am a guy and no prude. My point is sometimes I think I am listening to a couple of sophomores in high school. Is every show part sports (if much of that as they have on multiple geniuses telling us to gamble on whatever team given the spread) and part bachelor party? I wonder if female listeners are as turned on as these perverts are by their stupid segments. I doubt they have many female listeners.
Pretty good Rich, that segment was 4:15 just like
ReplyDeleteRich Lieberman 415 Media...you couldn't of timed it better.
