Veronica De La Cruz Still MIA at PIX and Worse Yet, No One Gives a Shit

Veronica De La Cruz on Twitter: "Hey, look! That's @kenbastidakpix behind me! We are both getting ready for the 10 o'clock news. See you shortly on @kbcwtv for @nightbeattv. Give me a

SHE'S STILL GOME FROM PIX--No End in Sight

PIX anchor, Veronica De La Cruz has now been off the CBS-SF anchor desk for months now and isn't returning to the desk anytime soon.

It's downright crazy!

Officially, she's away from the set because of a medical issue but in reality, no one at KPIX believes her and that her latest MIA stint is nothing more than the usual drama she oozes --worse yet?

No one at the station cares anymore! "It's old news", says a prominent staffer at CBS here and that it's hardly shaken the KPIX team. So now the only constant with De La Cruz' status is that her future is way up in the air. And people, even her closest friends, don't give a damn.

"Look, we care, we wish her well, " another station source tells me, "but it's all 'old hat here. She seems to have a lo of problems."

Duh.

  3. Thanks for the update, Rich. VDLC's is one of the oddest media-related stories I've ever seen.

    1. Yes. People "of Color" can get away with that, because if you treat these people who scream about equality equally they scream "Racism" in the courts.

  7. LOL, 3:39!

PIX is in legal limbo as far as VDLC goes. Money talks too much as far as getting her out of 855 Battery for good.

  8. She's looking for a buy out and the management is standing their ground.I believe they call this a Mexican standoff.

  9. ... it saddens me, Rich, to read of my beloved VDLC. I've stood by her thru thick (her golden, delicious thighs..) and thin (I've advocated her professional move to Sacramento media (so I can care for her and her son...) Please cum home, my darling cum-dumpster... (you like that, Rich???)

  10. Give her a break. Maybe she is sick. As far as nobody "giving a shit if she's there or not"...that's the same in ANY JOB. People you work with are NOT your friends. They just work with you. And yes, they don't care if you're there or not.

    1. When one works in a high paying high-profile job, he/she doesn't get that type of a break. That's a consequence of selecting a career that puts you in the spotlight. And in VDLC's case, she has a long history of bizarre, dramatic, and dysfunctional behaviors.

  11. I dont fault the station for hiring this dumpster fire of person. I fault HR for not looking into her background!
