Maria Medina pausing between a live shot and package --and quite frankly, I don't care about the subject matter. She's a passionate, compelling, interesting reporter with all the TV news guile on the beat for KPIX, her winning personality and thirst for news and information second to none.
I admire Medina. It took me awhile but I finally joined the booster club and I'm glad I did.
We need real TV journalists in this market. We need the extra mojo. We need the ability to draw out real talent --lots of talent.
Maria Medina has talent. Commitment too.
I'll be watching more now.
Man, Rich! You are definitely a kindred spirit as we think exactly alike, it seems! I have admired Maria Medina for a long time. Check out her Instagram as she has some great pics on there. The lady is totally hot to look at, and as insane as it is to think about, she has two grown kids! But yes, she is actually a pretty good journalist. One thing I like about her is that she doesn't use bright lipstick, but what looks to be natural color or maybe lip gloss, but that is it. She is a true natural beauty and I agree, she is a gem that is not used to her potential at all.

Where have all really talented female journalists gone? Field reports? That get to the heart of a story, instead of eye candy trying to bag a professional athlete?
