Michael Savage on Minnesota Cop Arrested in Killing of George Floyd: 'He Should Be Charged 'First-Degree Murder'

Why Michael Savage Is Blasting Hannity and the Right-Wing Media on ...

MICHAEL SAVAGE, the Bay Area-based bombastic radio talker (heard on KSFO locally) went after the Minnesota cop (now arrested) involved in the death of George Floyd.

Savage pulled no punches: "He should be charged with 'first--degree murder, not third-degree'" the angry host said on Friday's show.

"The cop is a racial societal maniac.", he needs to be brought down."

"This is outrageous", offered normally conservative-centric Savage, the second-most-listened-to syndicated talk-show host who lit up the lines and offered reassuring verbal jousts to an otherwise tepid (at best) response from the other right-oriented radio minions.

  2. I'm sure you'll get your 'outrage (at best) response from the left-oriented radio minions'.

  4. Another graduate of the McDonald's Hamburger College of Law. You have to show intent( such as preplanning) to prove first degree murder. The degrees of murder are predicated on intent. If you overcharge, you lose, not a good result. Meanwhile, race riots help only two entities, Antifa, and Trump. For Trump, having lost segments of his base due to woeful covid-19 management, race war brings them back into the fold.

    1. The segments of Trump's base, that were (supposedly) lost due to his COVID-19 management, are insignificant. The God, Guts, Gun, Anti-Immigration, Anti-Environmentalism, Anti-PC, Anti-Big Government/Anti-Socialism/Anti-Regulation/Anti-Tax, Question "Science," Pro-Life Theocrat masses are still firmly ensconced on the Trump Train. Those masses represent the vast majority of his base, and they typically have a strongly favorable opinions of Trump's management of the COVID 19 situation (and pretty much everything else he does). They are voting, and they will win the upcoming election for Trump. Handily!

    2. Christine keep your opinions to WC law, that is your “expertise”

My objection isn’t with your opinion per se, just tired of seeing your opinion on any subject on this blog.

Date Rich please, as he suggest, given all your time on this blog you must have the hots for him.

    3. 4:04...You don't determine what I think or say or post.Did you think you did?. The basic information I included about murder and how it's charged are first year law school basic tenets. Instead of wetting your panties when you see my name on a post, I suggest you can the masochism and just scroll on by, you poor, tired, tired girl.

  5. Savage is actually defiant against his fellow conservatives on this one, especially those so aligned with you-know-who.

  6. I'm not an expert on the law, so I defer to those you are. I do commend Savage for being at least independent, I'm not a Savage fan, by a long shot, but at least he has the guts to speak his mind, and not follow the right wing or White House talking points.

  7. What a stupid comment. The D.A. would have to prove he made up his mind to kill someone before even arriving on the scene. So yeah, it'd be brilliant to charge first degree murder and have him acquitted or convicted of a lesser charge anyway when it can't be proven...then you could have some more riots.

  8. After reading the different murder charges available in Minnesota, third-degree murder (which I'd never heard of before) seems correct. You don't charge someone with first-degree murder just because you're mad at them.

  9. Please stop with the "hands up, don't shoot crap"! A United States Department of Justice investigation, under the leadership of African American U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder, found the 'hands up' claim inconsistent with the physical and forensic evidence and witness testimony surrounding the Brown shooting.
