CNN and former KTVU Reporter/Anchor, Sara Sidner In Her Element in Sea of Chaos

CNN reporter says she's never seen this before

I WISH KTVU had wooed back Sara Sidner--it wasn't meant to be. There's a plus side: we get to watch Sidner do her magic in the middle of bedlam, like in Minneapolis. An extremely chaotic scene and yet, Sidner is in her element and no one can report in this environment, this crazy atmosphere like the CNN veteran she's become in this endeavor.

How do TV reporters execute this? How do they operate in such maddeningly crazy locales? Mostly on adrenaline. The story, even as fluid and dangerous as it is, be it Minnesota, Oakland, San Jose, is not one for everybody and not everyone can report with such dangerous distractions. Sidner is the very best. And she could care less about danger, it's her on point doing her thing and boy does she do it well.

  1. She is beyond excellent and deftly handled Chris Cuomo's patronizing advice about how she should deal with the dangerous realities of the story, as if she didn't know.

  2. The Black protesters were all peaceful.
The rioters are all white left wing liberals from out of state.
They are using the death of George Floyd as an excuse to create meyhem and damage to property.
Moral to story? Don't get a white liberal angry.

    1. What the hell is "meyhem"?. I challenge 10:18 to have one sixteenth of the guts or savvy of Sara Sidner is a same or similar circumstance. C'mon show us your chops!

  4. 12:10 Christine Craft-- Thank you for publishing your Open Letter in the Sunday IJ. It is time to point out to the public that the power trip by so many of the public health officials is not healthy advice at all. It is so bad that the assistant to Dr. Willis in Marin said there should be a shelter in place order until 2021. Real smart!
Christine-- Please read your letter during the Public Comment segment at the next Marin Board of Supervisors meeting. They are so duped by Willis, and they are his boss.
