Long gone...Hispanic are now the majority, 44% of families in CA don't speak English at home. The system we have been using has created social problems in which we can't figure out a solution...more than 100,000 homeless, traffic congestion, land and water use conflicts, air pollution, public school performance, health care access, college crowding, housing shortage, high rental costs. There are 10 million people in CA who were not born in America, we should have lit the 'No Vacancy' sign years ago.
