Susan Leigh Taylor About to Retire But Back on KCBS During Virus Pandemic --The Inside Story

Bunger, Taylor lead KCBS to top of ratings - SFGate

YOU NEED THE REAL DEAL: THE TRUTH, because KCBS will only give you BS. Which is why you come here to 415 Media.

Morning anchor, Susan Leigh Taylor, retired from the station earlier this year, as I reported exclusively.

Taylor had an existing vacation planned well before the current Coronavirus crisis evolved; furthermore, KCBS and Taylor put off her public announcement on retiring because they needed her services --which was why she was anchoring this (Monday) morning from 10 AM-to 2PM.

Partner Stan Bunger has been carrying the load for Monday-Friday AM drive and he's tired. Literally and figuratively.

Now you know the rest of the story (thanks Paul Harvey)

  3. At least the BS on KCBS is better than Nikki Medoro on KGO.

Wednesday morning on KGO: Bret Burkhart breathlessly reported the latest dismal $5,000 movie theater national revenues and then thoughtlessly laughed. Nikki Medoro's insightful response: "Oh, My God". Fortunately, completely avoidable radio.
