I'M SAD TO REPORT longtime KCBS and Bay Area broadcaster, Dean Danos, passed away on Monday.
Don't know all the details but I will reach out.
Danos was good as it gets -his tenure in the Bay Area was decades long and much admired and respected by his peers locally and nationally.
Danos' last stint at KCBS was in 2018 broadcasting the evening (7-12 AM) newscast.
