FEELS GREAT BABY!
ReplyDeleteApparently fox was able to keep the game from being flexed
ReplyDeleteWho was Ted's partner today and how did he do?
ReplyDeleteBob Fitzgerald. Not bad.
DeleteThank God Buck wasn't around. I can listen to Pawlie Mac for a longer time then I can that over rated blow hard. He really cashed in on daddies coattails. Does anyone remember Derek Jeter in his last All Star game telling Buck He didn't belong in the locker room. It was pure gold.
ReplyDeleteWrong, it wasn't Fitz. It was Dennis Brown. I thought he did pretty good.
ReplyDeleteAlways liked Buck, with Aikman, the best.
ReplyDeleteWait until next season 49er fans. They'll be on plenty of Sunday and Monday night games. The NFL will make sure of that.
ReplyDeleteI thought Kevin Burkhardt and Charles Davis did an excellent job on the Fox telecast. Davis, a former NFL defensive back, made many an accurate prediction about coverages and strategy; he also complimented his partner on predicting the coaches' next moves. And both admitted this was the most exciting game they had ever covered together...no wonder they rank as the Number Two tandem at Fox, right behind Buck & Aikman. I also liked the expression on Pam Oliver's face when Jimmy G told her after the game (on a live mike)that "Our O-line worked their asses off all day."
