Lund is way over paid. Adds nothng but cackles and noise.
ReplyDeleteplease clarify
DeleteHow the fuck is Lund getting $300K? Tolbert could do that show blindfolded and alone and pull the same ratings.
ReplyDeleteClaudine Wong getting 400K? As the great Tennis Player John McEnroe would say "You can't be serious." The only time I ever see Ms. Wong is when she is co-anchors KTVU Morning Weekends & the occasional fill on weekdays KTVU Mornings on 2 when one of the regular anchors is off. Grossly overpaid!
ReplyDeleteAgreed! She never smiles why??? Should be smiling with that salary.
DeleteI say that Claudine is full of talent and perhaps should be paid more. Why should someone smile while delivering sad news. Pay attention and you'll see lots of smiles. She is also very foxy.
Delete4:03...Perfectly said! Sadly she is one of "half people" forever hidden behind her mandated bunker box, never to come out.
DeleteIn the last 50 years everything has changed except the News Media's "half people" format, soo boring.
Foxy...She's one of the daring ones who plays on the "extra special" team. I love the daring ones!
How do you dramatically improve the visual presentation of the News and make it more viewer enjoyable, get rid of the 50 year old "half people " format!
Example...Rosemary in the "whole people" format, a pleasure to watch. Claudine stuck behind the bunker box, sad, nothing to watch. It's like having a beautiful woman in a cage.
To the stations who are starting to use the "whole people" format, a much needed great improvement, bout time.
The women are the News. Now they have to figure out how to "show" the News, some have, some never will. They wonder why the rating numbers are less than expected. It's a visual medium and the women are the best visual tool...always will be!
Only vastly insecure men berate women for not "smiling" enough.
DeleteIt would be interesting to see what 95.7 The Game is shelling out for Papa and company. Gotta be more than Lund ...
ReplyDeletebeg to differ the call letters are now KNBR FM..since pretty much their entire on air "talent" are all KNBR people who were either fired or laid off..i would guess joe the butcher/plumber is working for free
DeleteMark Willard: $225,777 impossible, 7-10pm and horrible.
ReplyDelete415 Media - Rich Lieberman $250,000 more believable.
Seems a bit "discriminatory" that the better-looking people in the industry are the lowest paid.
ReplyDeleteI will double Vickie Liviakis' salary to simply come over and tuck me into bed every night.
ReplyDeleteKNBR is shelling out over half a million for that morning show?? That's absurd.
ReplyDeleteMaybe you could list the salaries that KGO radio hosts are getting.
ReplyDeletespencer christian, that guy is a complete ass.i would only pay him that money to go away.
ReplyDeleteWhy a complete ass? I worked with him, found him smart, pleasant, a gentleman. If you're going to trash him, at least come up with a reason. You don't want to be a complete ass.
DeleteI don't personally know Spencer Christian, but my impressions are that he's a nice, smart, good decent guy.
DeleteHere's a reason for you ... Spencer Christian participated in the station's use of Remote Access software to spy on the internet activity of ordinary, law-abiding citizens the same as Ashley, Ditz, and Beil. He's no better than the rest of the goons at that station.
DeleteJohn Lund making $300,000??? LOL!!!!!
ReplyDeleteNot only does Lunds' salary surprise me, but also that racist Larry Krueger.
DeleteEric Thomas, after 25 years at KGO, makes less than Kristen ZEE????
ReplyDeleteZEEE calls all the shots at KGO-TV. Don't like it? She will bully your ass right out of the building. That girl is the biggest bully in SF!!
DeleteJessica Aguirre only making $250???
ReplyDeleteWhoa!!! How big is KNBR's payroll????
ReplyDeleteI can’t believe Eric Thomas and Sal Castaneda
ReplyDeleteboth make more money than Vic Lee.
With her $.09 an hour salary, I think Juliette Goodrich is VASTLY underpaid at $200 annually.
ReplyDeleteAre morning anchors at the bottom of the pay scale? Show me Reggie and Gasia's salary.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations to these anchors. Their salaries are at the level to purchase a house in the Bay Area.
ReplyDeleteCBS needs to make cuts because they're about to open the bank to Gayle King at the "Morning Show"
ReplyDeleteAs far as Brian Hackney is concerned, I watch him on the weekends and he does a fine job along with Juliette Goodrich and that's why I watch.
Ophra bought Gayle King that job, otherwise she'd be on welfare. She has zero talent, and certainly no claim to any journalistic ability,
DeleteIt's an open secret that Gayle King and Ophra are more than just "friends"
DeleteReading this list I am reminded of just how little T.V. I actually watch. I have no idea of who most of these people are nor do I care.
ReplyDeleteSame here, no clue who most of these people are and the only listen to the Game.
DeleteI guess we know now why Alan Martin isn't smiling.
ReplyDeleteBill Martin's salary needs a pay cut with all that blubbering & stumbling of words! He is un-watchable!
ReplyDeleteBastida and De La Cruz are way way way overpaid. He should be retired and she should be waiting tables, assuming she can read a menu better than she can read a teleprompter.
ReplyDeleteGayle King has more on the job experience than Oprah, which is how they meet. King was already on air news anchor when Oprah showed up on her first day of work as a new reporter.
ReplyDeleteGayle was an Associate Producer during that time.
