League gave SD $100 mil towards a new stadium in San Diego. If they can't work that out the Raiders will share the new stadium with the Rams. Raiders want to leave.

I think the Raiders and Chargers get $100 million each to stay, not $550 million. It's sounds like Mark Davis isn't done though. At leaving the meeting, a reporter commented, "So, it looks like you're staying in Oakland?" and Davis responded, "Who said that?"
But Rich, did you actually SEE Heather last night? She was dressed to extract (a lot of) interviews. She's normally dressed to about an 8. Last night, she was dialed up to an ELEVEN. You're right, too many humans in the news/sports business?? Guess what sells? So-called journalistic "standards" cannot support a building full of people... I think that this is what Marshall McLuhan was referring to when he was describing his views on "Hot Media." I trust that you do not have Marshall McLuhan standing by to refute me, as I understand that he is now, unfortunately, now, quite cold...
Reminds me of Annie Hall when Woody Allen brings McLuhan into the movie line to refute some pseudo intellectual going on about McLuhan's theories in front of Allen and Diane Keaton. Great scene.
