DeleteI would normally congratulate people moving on to bigger and better things but Brittney Shipp just walked into a shit storm. She doesn't realize that she just dug a grave for her career by going to KRON. Going to a big market doesn't translate to big exposure Brittney! These news people really need to do research about that stations they apply for.

DeletePhilly girls are different, too. One I know recommended "Creed" which I saw based on her recommendation as the best movie she'd seen in a long time (nothing to do that afternoon). Lots of closeup boxing sweat flying, blood and guts in the film. Not a SF chick-flick.
DeleteI doubt she's planning to make a career with KRON. KRON is a good opportunity to get some exposure in a large market close to Los Angeles. I'm sure she's aching for Los Angeles.

ReplyDeleteIt's really ironic because two of the CLASSIEST people left from the old guard of SF TV news, Moore and Heenan chose to stay... at KRON. It's probably too late in their careers to go anywhere now, but they could/ maybe should have jumped ship like everyone else did 15 years ago
