  1. No more money left. They gave the lions share to Willie Adames! Someone in Milwaukee is laughing their ass off right now. Buster, not so much. Doesn't matter who's on the mic right now.

    1. This pendejo is worthless. .205 hitter 5/HR's and his defense is below average. Dumbass!

    2. Wille Adumbass is more concerned with player handshakes and being a cheerleader. BoMel needs to sit his ass, he's a liability and he almost took out Ramos last night on a shallow fly ball, of which Ramos had the better and more clear route. Posey got played bigtime. Stop making excuses for his subpar performance.

    3. He's a bust! Good luck trying to unload that 7/182M contract.

  2. Don’t think I have ever heard Larry Baer referred to as “Big Bird”—LOL! Kruk and Kuip are terrific and if they had broadcast in NY or LA they would already be in the Hall of Fame.

  3. Kruk and Kuip are overrated. If they broadcast in those bigger markets they would have been run out of town.v

    1. I totally agree. Does anybody remember Kuiper ditched the Giants for the Rockies rather than a possible move to Tamp Bay.

  4. I'm pretty sure everyone who played with Krukow was not a fan of his goober humor.

  5. I'm a big Giants fan and can't stand F. P Santangelo. Joe Ritzo is, at best, adequate and gets dragged down by FP. He is better when he has worked with Miller or Flemming. I still think the Giants should have hired Doug Greenwald, but I guess Larry Baer's petty grudge against his late father is still standing in the way of that happening.

Completely agree. Doug Greenwald would be the right choice. Larry Baer needs to get over himself.

    2. If he was any good he'd be working MLB somewhere, but no team has ever hired him.

    1. It could get very worse if they brought her back!

    2. Wouldn't work. She has been superseded by a younger demographic, that would look at her oddly with mild bemusement. Like: " Who the hell is this old broad"?

  9. Larry Baer walks around in an existential crisis because a freakin' Joe Ritzo is too often the lead broadcaster for the prestigious San Francisco Giants. Then Larry Baer gets in his car, flips on a Warriors game for the trip home only to hear Kevin Danna doing the game. The Joe Ritzo you settle on could be worse!

    1. It was inevitable. They exceeded expectations earlier, but now they are playing like the team they were projected to be. Besides the Rockies, all the other teams in the division are much better.

    2. True this. Wade now gone hitting .167? There will be more changes forthcoming for sure.

  12. I think these bizarre arrangements are unique to the Giants. Some other teams like the Dodgers have announcers who work on occasion for a network like Fox but only for baseball during the season and mostly for a game like on a weekend that network is covering the team (bumping MLB Network locally). Accommodations for or accepting refusals to work for the Giants’ “star” broadcasters not planned well in advance is ridiculous for their employment contracts. Those 4 guys are talented I know, but 3 are deteriorating. Legends like Vin Scully maybe not. This Giants’ brass sucks up to these 4 for no reason. They should give us talented reliable broadcasters who we can count being there most of the time. 4 for most teams would be ample. Kruk can only do his home games I presume when not at his residence in Tahoe area. Maybe he “calls it in” from there though I suppose. Baer needs to get a clue that extending contracts, allowing this haphazard broadcaster work when they want, traveling only where and when they feel like it nonsense is a dis-service to us fans listening most of the time as a result to their sub-par second-tier broadcasters. If Baer cannot push these 4 (or 3 if Fleming agrees in writing to a schedule for the year in advance) out the door and find suitable replacements then the other owners need to pick a different guy in charge of ops.

  13. Kruk and Kuip, the most overrated broadcasting team ever. Always the same old schtick, nothing new. The other night I heard Kuiper call Casey Schmitt "Jason Schmidt" by mistake. Btw, what's up with the horrible uniforms? They look dreadful.

  14. Clean house!
Get rid of the whole crew.
Including Aurilia, Romo, FP, Estes and Lopez.
    Keep Laura Britt!
    She does her homework.
Bring in some new faces ..
Let Noah Eagle steer the ship.
    Bring in Greenwald’s son.
Offer Chris Carey a job with a real organization. Hire his brother to work with him. Let Jake Peavy and Hunter Pence work with Britt.

  15. If the Giants got rid of those overrated announcers the lunatic fringe would go bonkers.
