Duane Kuiper Maneuvers SF Sports Media to Help Bro Glen

  1. Let's face it, Glen uses the "n" word regularly. To him, it's not offensive and judging by his apology, he thinks everyone is making a big deal out of nothing.

  2. Is there a minor league team in alabama or mississippi that could use Glen?

  3. Oh for Chrissakes, there is zero suggestion that Glen is anything like that.

    1. Oh No!Let the pearl clutching, self loathing whites scream at the sky. Bob Kendrick, Kansas Negro Leagues Museum curator, who spent the day with Glen Kuiper came to his defense and acceptable his apology. Mr Kendrick, then to his surprise was assailed by hate mail for doing this. It's called Forgiveness. Worthless cause chasing white libs who never had that epithet directed at them. But I have.

    2. 9:49. My comment was not directed at you, as you get it.

  5. Susan Slusser of the Chronicle has always been a mouthpiece for the team she covers and lacks journalistic ethics. She was also involved in a romantic relationship with Giants manager Bob Melvin's daughter yet the Chronicle allows her to continue to cover the Giants. Her story on Glen Kuiper was a puff piece and an embarrassment to the profession.

  6. The guy is a racist, plain and simple. You don't use that word unless it's a part of your regular speech. He's used it multiple times.

  7. November 15, 1981 a day of infamy. The day the Giants traded Ed Whitson to the Indians for Duane Kuiper and all nonsense is planted to grow.

  8. By the way, can we get Dallas Braden to say the word so he can be replaced. Lord knows with his diarrhea mouth, he's had to have said it at some point.

    1. He definitely has diarrhea of the mouth, but I sense that he's not the same type of person as Glen. Being from a very diverse Stockton, I think he gets along with all races.

    2. I agree, but with all the great ex-Oakland A's players, is this the guy they hired to replace Fosse. He ranks in the top 3 of the most annoying A's players (along with Eric Byrnes and "bromeister" Nick Swisher).

  9. Some of you people have simply lost your minds, or have relinquished your ability to think for yourselves to the comfort of your MAGA cocoon where independent thought is left with Fox News.

Glen Kuiper is a pretty good baseball announcer with lots of baseball business experience. Glen Kuiper made a mistake and it cost him his job. He’s now working again, but not behind a microphone.

What more do you people want??

    1. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone has insincere apologies. If you look at Glen's interview on YT, he doesn't seem sincere and he almost sounds like the victim. Personally, I think he got what he deserved. Does he deserve another chance? Sure, but I wish it was in another market.

    2. Don't bother. Idiots on soapboxes. Guess their glasshouses are shatterproof?

    3. He's used the term on multiple occasions, it's not just a mistake. If it's just one time it could maybe get chalked up as a a mistake. But when it's happened multiple times? And he was not good as an announcer. He was boring and frankly sounded disinterested a lot of the time. Although, it's better than the A's current announcer, but that's not saying much.

  10. Surprising to say I agree with you, but let's be clear left-tards are usually the ones that complain and cancel and not drink from the CNN/MSNBC propaganda disguised as news. (Oh and if you think I'm some partisan hack, read The Research Intelligencer study, conducted via Brand Keys.)

  11. Here's my take on the "N" word; yes, it's hurtful and derogatory, demeaning and should never be used; that being said why is it ok for blacks to say that word in movies, videos, and in rap videos? Just because they're the're blacks and they are entitled? Nuff of this sh#t, American blacks are more privileged than any one else in America and where can blacks get free money, housing and food without working???????

  12. So the issue is, at least for some of you people, that Glen’s apology wasn’t sincere or contrite enough for you?

He doesn’t owe you an apology. On what high horse do you sit on such that you expect an apology from a mere baseball broadcaster? He said he was sorry, and was fired.

It not like Glen Kuiper is/was a world leader, or someone who could impact a country with his toxic and immoral behavior.

    1. Glen owes me nothing, but like everyone else on this planet, we are entitled to our opinions and it's perfectly fine for you to disagree with that opinion.
