Predictable Take from Both Right-Ring and Progressive Radio on Bomb Story; Sussman/KSFO Opine; Miller Too

Image result for Bombs sent to democrats KSFO; part of the nutty right-wing radio echo machine was on top of the East-coast bomb story; predictably, its morning zoofest headed by cuckoo Brian Sussman and his idiotic sidekick, Katie Green were already insinuating the bombs were sent by "democratic operatives" --sure, Brian, keep it coming.

On progressive radio here, Stephanie Miller concluded, without any evidence, that the GOP and specifically, POTUS Trump, should tone it down because "sickos take their rhetoric to heart and have sprung into action."

Michael Savage flat out said, again, with no evidence, that the bombs in envelopes were intentionally sent by foes to Democrats to garner sympathy. Cmon, seriously, Mike? Everyone is an expert.

How 'bout this theory: who sends over ten (as of this posting) letter bombs to individuals aligned with Democratic causes and a cable network, CNN, which airs a lot of these people's voices? Of course this is some radical nut who knows how to make bombs and needs to be locked up before one of his/her explosives explode, right, left, middle, who cares.

  3. I so totally agree with you. Let's not speculate, and frankly I don't think party affiliation matters in this case, this is done by some kind of mentally ill person or someone totally crazy (might be both). In cases like this it is best to not speculate too much, but wait for the FBI and law enforcement to come to some conclusion. I hear the right wing keep saying it very well could be the democrats themselves doing this, I doubt they are so desperate as too run this kind of risk. Certainly anyone in government would know that most likely they would not get away with this kind of stunt.

  4. It seems like just last week, last month, last year Maxine Waters, Nancy Pelosi, et al on the left were telling everyone to get in the face of those with opposing views. "Make them uncomfortable". "Get in their faces at restaurants..in public". The dog whistling was strong.

I guess they are now reaping what they sow.

    1. Maxine Waters does that, as is her right under the Bill of Rights. Nancy Pelosi does not do that. You could employ some basic research techniques to discover both these things. Your bizarre comparison of an unkind remark in a restaurant to a pipe bomb , endangering and threatening the lives of many, is beyond absurd. One gives the beleaguered patron some heartburn, easily cured. The other, with immense concussive power can easily maim or kill, body parts everywhere.

    2. Ignorance has no bounds. It doesn't matter which party sent them. This is a possible assassination attempt on two former presidents and many others. Yelling at someone in a restaurant is not comparable. Unbelievable!!

    3. @3:26 You think it's only unkind remarks in restaurants? You have quite a bit to learn about the next generation coming up. Have a look at how they behave themselves on social media. What they say, what they post. Eye opening to say the least.

      Basic research techniques:

    4. Wasn't it the New York Times that published a short story on Tuesday about assassinating President Donald Trump?

If that isn't ratcheting up the rhetoric I don't know what is.

  5. Alot of people found it funny that CNN was broadcasting live from the sidewalk near their evacuated building....hours after the all clear was given and everyone had returned to the building. Hundreds had come and gone and there was CNN live from the sidewalk with "Breaking News".

And they wonder why people call them fake news...

  6. I for one commend CNN's Zucker on his faux outrage. "It's all Trumps fault!"

Have you seen the rhetoric spewed by his station daily? I've almost come to miss the days when they endlessly brown nosed Obama.

    1. Jeff Zucker doesn't own a "station". He runs the largest worldwide news network in existence.

  9. For those mocking CNN anchors for doing their shows outside the NYC studios last night, which would be the smarter path: (1) staying inside a building less than twenty four hours after explosives have gotten inside the building, or (2) doing your shows outside that same building for a full day? Actually they were all back inside in less than 24 hours. Sometimes, for those paying attention, there would be legitimate concern and caution in a situation where now ten bombs have been delivered to targets who aren't fond of trump, or who dare, under the first amendment to do their jobs reporting the news. Mr. Trump claims the media has to stop not being "nice" to him. Well, of course, what do you expect? Donnie has never bothered to actually read the Constitution, much like many of you.

  11. It's sad that everything has become political. Ten possible pipe bombs were sent to high ranking officials and others. Whether or not they were real means nothing. This is serious stuff and its a symptom of the polarization from both sides that an issue like this can't be looked at just for what it is. A terrorist act. I don't care if the person is one party or the other. They need to be caught and sent to prison.

  12. Trump, with his poisonous over-the-top rhetoric encouraged this, if you don't see this you are clearly a moron who can't be helped...

  15. Boo! I voted for Trump, don't like everything, but given other choices, would vote for him again. That said, I don't care what the political affliation of this person is, it is wrong, unacceptable, and can't be tolerated. This person needs to be found and prosecuted. Everybody needs to dial it down.
