Kelley and Nohr Create the Paranoia Factory at KTVU

Image result for Paranoia at one's computer CONGRATULATIONS, FOX, this wasn't supposed to happen. You took a well-oiled machine with relative calm and ease and have created a workplace where even your snitches are scared to death.

Mr. Gregg Kelley, you're supposed to manage and lead, not intimidate and cause fear. That's what you've created now, fear and intimidation. How is that going to improve morale and boy do you have issues there, trust me.

HR boss, Chris Nohr ("No Hr" in the name, isn't that special) it seems, you are the chosen one; FOX's, and Kelley in particular, designated shit-disturber fixated on worker misery and congratulations, you seem to be wonderful in that department.

This was not a story I pursued; several of your peeps have come to me and their anxiety level is at the top. You could have had a meeting and told the KTVU employees that there's all these cameras since we (Fox) took over but that you guys have nothing to worry about; even if you faked it at least you could have shown a degree of comfort and civility to the staff but you apparently wanted chaos and fear. Oh, and paranoia too. And you hit a homerun there. Because a majority of your workforce, including some of your BIGGEST on-air people are afraid. They have no idea what the hell is going on and why this shit canning of the First Amendment is taking place inside your building.

You seem to have begun your messing with me too --when you took down some of my copy in the name of copyright infringement. How classy, tools. Maybe you should pick on someone your own size next time. Funny, I thought Kelley is telling everyone in the office that "he's just a damn blogger; nobody pays attention to him." Yeah, right.

  1. If they are messing with public property, and FOX wants to coexist peacefully with the City of Oakland, you might want to let the network know that Kelley continually breaks local laws by adding illegal barriers to fulfill his paranoia Hairpiece-like thrills.

  2. I like the fence idea! Although it needs to be done legally. It provides perfect cover to claim the cameras are all about "security". Seriously the law protects employees from Fox using camera video against them in many cases, but not all.

It's all about culture. Embrace the Fox 2 culture. The culture will settle out. Those that like the new 2 and are productive will prosper, those that don't like it but realize it's a place of business and remain productive will survive and those that don't like the new 2 and aren't productive (based on the new 2's rules...to include "more work and less pay") will be gone leaving a new culture in place that new 2 employees can rally around.

Shit canning of the First Amendment increased exponentially with the last administration that just left office.

    1. Yes, Heather Holmes. She's a player on the "Extra Special" team. She's classy, refined, elegant and does stand out and can be daring!

Brittney Shipp is another player on the team. When did she join the "Extra Special" team...the day she was born!!

  6. Chris Nohr wants to spy on every employee with 54 cameras but doesn't have their own photo on LinkedIn or anywhere else on the internet. She'd probably fears for her safety. Someone in the newsroom should snap a picture of her and post it so we all know what the spymeistress looks like.

  8. I quit KTVU because of the constant harassment by Greg Kelley and threats from Chris Nohr. The problem goes deeper than just those two, there are others in management roles at the station who lead by their example. I’m disappointed Fox has chosen to turn a blind eye toward this issue. Keep up the great work, Rich. I’m glad someone is finally getting all of this out in the open. I’d take a job at KRON over KTVU. That’s how bad it is.

    1. It's great that you have options as does KTVU. They get to run the station as they see fit and you get to choose to work there or not. It's all "good".

    2. Fox isn't turning a blind eye. I'm sure they're monitoring the situation closely and this is just how they want it. as for dummy 6:28, there are employee rights. Guess what, companies don't get to "run the station as they see fit." If you don't like it, leave America, you communist.

    3. 9:56? US for profit firms aren't social experiments. I saw no conference from 6:28 that employers can break the law, just that they can require high productive time if employyes.

    4. Damm the whole KTVU management teams sucks. LOL. I say to all KTVU staff, lets suck it up and hit our numbers! The more money we can send back to the Fox mothership the better! Cheers to all.

  9. IMHO, the anchors do not appear happy onscreen. The revolving anchors during prime time must be disheartening to them and annoying to viewers like me.

  10. 2:04 Please explain how the previous administration exponentially shit-caned the First Amendment.

Or is this yet another faux talking point from Faux....my bad...Fox News???
