  1. Wow, such insight. No customer service or sales guide has mentioned "exceeding expectations" before. This guy's a friggin' management guru.

  3. For someone who is promoting motivational aspirations, he's such a bore at doing so.

  6. And to think there are station owners and managers who are gullible enough to buy into this kind of gobbledy gook. Form, no substance. Just verbal masturbation.

    1. And, to think that there exists a station manager who is so stupid as not to know that this kind of video message won't be on "social media," within nano-seconds of delivery.

Well ... at least, the thought was from-the-heart.

  7. I continue to be amazed that this f**kwad is a bigwig for any corporation. But then I forget that most corporations are comprised of monstrously evil, soul-sucking egomaniacs like this guy. Especially in the egocentric world of media. People like this have destroyed what little is left of objective journalism on radio/TV. This guy scares the hell outta me.

  10. Straight out of the Disney fantasy playbook. This guy has told himself he's great so much, even he believes it.

  12. Am I the only one who noticed he said he learned something at a management course instead of basing his advice on "all my years on the air"???? So, basically, we're being told how to do radio from somebody who has never been behind a microphone....or am I wrong? I hope I'm wrong. Please tell me I'm wrong and that he has a list of call letters on his resume longer than mine. Please. Somebody.

    I'm probably not wrong.

    1. He's been on the air on some mid-sized stations. It's nothing to write home about.

  14. You can tell he planned in advance to take his glasses off at just the right moment to emphasize his point. So suave! So sophisticated! Disney Introduction To Acting 101. Gag me with a spoon!
