6:41PM I am both Black and an occasional portrait artist. In this instance, I will agree with Mitch. Yes, the young lady is hispanic, possibly Aztec in heritage. She may be from Central America if she's an alien. Yes, I used the word ALIEN. Tell your progressive Gov. Brown to get over it! To know how different races are physically manifested is not necessarily being racist. It is what it is.
THIS story is thoroughly BIZARRE, crazy and infinitely entertaining too.
