Herb Caen would have had a field day with this.
The SF Chronicle posted a lengthy, thousand-word or so piece Monday on a website closure affecting lots of prostitute's purses.
It was penned by reporter, Vivian Ho. (Insert joke.)
No disrespect to Ms. Ho, a fine reporter, but clearly, there's a bit of Onionesque in this story.
I know, I'm such a Dick!

ReplyDeleteLieberman, grow up. You have the sense of humor of a slow 12-year-old.
ReplyDeleteI'm going to miss that site. By the way, making light of the reporter's name isn't funny.
ReplyDeleteDamn that hooker has some Earl Campbell thighs!
ReplyDeleteDoes she charge by the pound?
The Street Hookers in Vienna Austria all look like that...Tall-beautiful-shapely & very plentiful!
DeleteAnd you wonder why people post in your words "penthouse forum" material.
ReplyDeleteSerendipity! It's just serendipity!
ReplyDeletePerhaps they should have red-lighted the idea of having Ms. Ho cover that particular story.
ReplyDeleteHey, she look's good and its probably cheaper then taking someone to dinner. listening to them and in the end they say thanks and close the door on you.
ReplyDeletelol
DeleteIt is OK. You chubby chasers need some loving!!
ReplyDeleteWon Long Dong
ReplyDeleteBoring.
DeleteDisappointing the Lieberman's blog now targets the dumb and dumber crowd.
ReplyDeleteI know which group I'm in...how about you?
DeleteIt's not the first time that Ho has covered a prostitution story nor the first time that we've heard that joke. The real story here is how many reporters, producers and especially ad execs are feeling the blow of losing Redbook.
ReplyDeleteI get the feeling this already over-reported story is going to be the next media feeding frenzy that gets saturation coverage despite having no REAL news value. I'm already tired of hearing about it
ReplyDeleteThere are more douchey "non-news stories" creeping into this blog of late. Not related to local media. This story is one of them. No news is no news. The one about Janice Huff is another one. Can't believe there is nothing out of KGO, KSFO, Cumulus, Clear Channel, KKSF, KNEW, KCBS, KQED, KGU 7, NBC Bay Area 11, etc. No one making any calls?
