  3. This is great news Rich! I hope you conduct an interesting interview. Please listen to the show when the red carpet walker Karel ”interviewed” The All Stars after the firings. That is NOT the way to conduct an interview. The carpet bagger interrupted and hardly gave a chance for any of the All Stars to speak. I look forward to the show!!!

    1. 8:23 reminds me of how frustrating us listeners were when Karel had the fired guests on and then constantly talked over them. Sooooooooo frustrating. It may have been Karel's show, but people were tuning in specifically to hear from his guests. Just from Rich's few shows so far, sadly, I think Rich may do the same thing. I don't know how many times Rich interupted his guests, then apologized for doing so, but at that point his guests were interupted.

    2. The problem with Karel and to some extent Rich is that they can't just ask a question and then get out of the way. They go on a long winded preface, then ask the question (finally!!!) and just as the guest starts to answer they interrupt him with their OWN answer to the question. Particularly grating is when Karel the moron does that and then asks the guest to wait until AFTER the break. Damn!!!

  5. This promises to be an awesome, hard-hitting conversation with one of the great KGO "all stars."

  8. I miss Ray, way too many on air personalities afraid to actually confront the issues for fear of being fired.

  9. Good idea, 7:08. Only problem, can't do that with no phone callers. Only one call this past Sunday, and three on Saturday over three hours. Rich is clueless about driving topics and issues to and from listeners. Talk radio 101. Plus, it's KOMY and less than a thousand watts in the 'burbs, run by Michael Zwerling. Not much to start with.

  11. Going forward Rich, could you try to find guests who still have a pulse? Might make for more entertaining listening.
