  6. IF you eat lots of barbecued meat...you might want to google the UCSF study on increased prostate and breast cancer rates(34%)...something about the high heat and meat.

    meat includes chicken.

  7. I noticed in a rerun of the movie "Hancock" Dave Clark was in it, being the LA newscaster. Everything the same. Even that 80's hairdo.

    2. Very true about Dave Clark... when I lived in LA in the 90s I thought he was so 80s--the double-breasted suits and Carl Lewis haircut.

    3. Re Fitzgerald: Fresca--that's too harsh. I always thought it tasted like carbonated 409 cleaner.

    2. Kate Scott is a lesbian.... It's kind of funny when some callers try to hit on her over the air. You feel like telling those guys that Kate Scott is a lesbian. She's even stated on the Gary and Larry Show before that she likes women.

  12. Damon Bruce is a KNBR talk show host. He used to host Sportsphone, but now he has a show in the afternoons on weekdays on KNBR 1050 from 12-3 PM.

Damon is probably the most underrated sports talk show host here in the Bay Area, even though I understand his style is not for everybody. Even though not everyone likes his show, he does have a huge following which goes back to his Sportsphone days, despite him being on 1050 now. Damon's show is entertaining, informative, and it's just good radio. You never really get bored listening to his show. At least I don't. LOL.

  13. Hmmm never heard of him, seems like if he really had a huge following he'd be on a bigger station.
