Evelyn Taft, the young, perky, very blond weather lady has apparently left the Van Ness corridor for a TV gig in LA.
Don't know all the details yet, but was given word by a few buds.
Taft developed a huge following among males who navigated to KRON in the morning just to see her natural smile and a few other assortments.
NOOOOOO! Damn the only reason I watched that "news" cast anymore.

ReplyDeleteEvelyn Taft was the ONLY reason to watch KRON. Unfortunately, she had too much talent to stay there for long. They might as well turn off the lights in that place and call it a day.
I wish her luck in her career. But as for her stint at KRON, she won't be missed, because KRON already has a barnyard of pretty blondes doing weather who all look the same! If that's all you're watching for, KRON has got you covered. The most ridiculous thing I saw was KRON's tandem-blonde weather forecasts. You need TWO blondes to give one weather report? Sounds like a joke. How many blondes does it take to give a weather report? Sadly, KRON is the joke.
