Dick Morris goes birther on Ronn Owens KGO show
Dick Morris, noted political guru, toe-sucker, and former Bill Clinton aide, responding to a question from Ronn Owens on KGO if he thought Sarah Palin was qualified to be president.
"Yes", said Morris, 'she needs to get policy preps, but she can raise a lot of money for the GOP."
Owens: "Well, she's 'over 35, so I guess she's qualified."
Morris: "At least she was 'born in the United States."
