Congrats to Canada. And to NBC for getting it right with the game live, with Al Michaels, on the main network. But why did Michaels mysteriously disappear before the overtime? Was he only paid up for the regular three periods???
I dont' think Michaels called the game, did he? He was in the studio, not at the arena. I did wonder where he disappeared to; did it have something to do with his hosting duties with Costas for the closing ceremonies?
