Andrew Dice Clay was on the "Razor and Mr. T" show. It was funny. (See, that can happen on Knibber every now and then)
Dice was talking via phone on his way to the Bay Area, (doing a gig at Tommy T's in Pleasanton Friday and Saturday).
Asked in the very beginning by Tom Tolbert about whether he ever ran into Brooklynite and ex-Warrior, Chris Mullin, Dice said he never heard of Mullin and that he wasn't a sports fan. Funny. Oh, and his phone cut off.
Dice, who's trying to resurrect his career, then came back on and got, well, dicey with Ralph Barbieri. Razor asked him about "Celebrity Apprentice" and Clay thought Ralphie was a wise guy. "You messin' with me?" It was pretty funny. I'll give Ralphie credit for not backing down. Actually, I was waiting for Dice to explode, maybe utter a "fuck you", but he was cool.
The best part was when the Razor asked him about his "Entourage" appearances. Ralph said he didn't watch the show. "Yeah, and I don't listen to your radio show", shot back Dice. Again, it was funny. If you heard the interview, (and if you didn't try catching it on the podcast), then I think you'll agree.
It's amazing what can happen when you have an interesting interview. No sound effects needed.
