It’s no coincidence that both Gonzales and Orosco have side businesses that clearly take up a significant amount of their time and focus. There’s nothing wrong with having outside interests, but let’s be honest, it doesn’t exactly scream ambition when it comes to their weather roles. If they’re not showing any real drive to grow or move up, why should management waste time or energy pushing them forward? Indifference goes both ways.

I really don't get the Roberta hate. She's more talkative than others, but what's wrong with a little personality. People want to hate for the sake of hating.
